Enter the name of the file you
would like your listings transferred
to. The file will be stored in the
current drive and directory unless
you specify otherwise.
If the file already exists, you may:
Add the listings to the end of the file.
Replace the current contents of the file
with the new listings.
Cancel the operation and specify a new
file to use.

Enter the comment/attention line
to printed/transferred with each
listing.

This option enables you to Select a
Highlighted range of entries. Move
to the first name in your selected
range and press ─┘. Then move to
the last name you want included,

will be selected.

This option enables you to Select
a limited or expanded selection of
Highlighted entries. For example:
if BROWN, ADAM is highlighted, you
can select all entries beginning
with B, BRO, or BROWN, A by using
the ┌────┐ ┌─────┐ ┌─────┐

your own comment/attention line
with each entry; or choose to
enter different comments by
asking printer for a Prompt

choose No Comment.

This selection allows you to
Print/Transfer selected
groups of listings.

Press ─┘ to Print/Transfer listings
without including a comment/attention
line.

Press ─┘ to Prompt for a
comment on each print request.

Press ─┘ to Insert a comment to be
used with each print/transfer request
(until it is changed or cancelled).

Press ─┘ to dial telephone number shown.

Press ─┘ to dial long distance area code
plus number shown.

Select one or more of the following choices
by pressing ─┘. Depending on your
telephone system, you can set the
Dialing Mode to Tone (for Touch Tone) or
Pulse (for rotary dial). The Long
Distance and Outside Access options
allows you to enter an account number or
access code, or select Direct if no code
is needed. Baud Rate allows you to set modem
speed, and Communications Port selects the
modem address.

Press ─┘ to switch between Tone dialing
mode for Touch Tone systems, and Pulse
dialing mode for rotary dial systems.

Press ─┘ to select Direct access
to long distance telephone lines, or to
Enter an Access Code and/or an account number
for a long distance carrier (eg. MCI, AT&T ).

Press ─┘ to select Direct access
to outside telephone lines, or to
Enter an Access Code (such as 9) to get
an outside line.

Press ─┘ to Save the current dialing
options.

Press ─┘ to select Direct access to
outside phone lines.

Press ─┘ to Enter an access code (such as 9)
to get an outside telephone line.
If a pause is needed between the dialing of
an access code and the telephone number
insert one comma for each 2 seconds to pause.
Many modems will wait for a dialtone if you
insert 'W'.

Press ─┘ to select Direct access to
long distance phone lines.

Press ─┘ to Enter an access code (such as 1)
to place a long distance call. If you are using
a phone credit card, enter you account number.
If pauses are needed between the dialing of
an access code and the telephone number
insert one comma for each 2 second pause.
Many modems will wait for a dialtone if you
insert 'W'.
j
Select from the following choices by
pressing ─┘. The Communications Port
option allows you to set the appropriate
modem address. Select a Baud Rate allows
you to set the modem speed to 300, 1200, or
2400, or 9600.
k
Press ─┘ to select a modem address of
COM1, COM2, COM3, or COM4.
l
Press ─┘ to select a baud rate of
300, 1200, 2400, or 9600.
Most modems work well at 1200 or 2400.

Select to Save the options currently
displayed on the Dialing Options menu.

Enter the code you need to get an outside
telephone line.
If a pause is needed between the dialing of
an access code and the telephone number
insert one comma for each 2 seconds to pause.
Many modems will wait for a dialtone if you
insert 'W'.
If you dont need an access code, press Esc.

Enter the code you need to place a
long distance call.
If you are using a phone credit card, enter

Select to enter a Comment (of up
to 60 characters) to print with the
listing(s). To Print, press

is displayed. Names will be printed/
transferred in the displayed order.

This option is used to include/exclude
telephone numbers when listings are
printed/transferred.
Press ─┘ until the desired choice is
displayed. If you are using Mailing
Label format, select No.
This option has no effect on listings
printed in Comma Delimited format.
u
This option is used to set the size of
the label (in lines) when using Mailing
Label format.
